My name is Karolina, I’m 28 years old. I live in Poland, in Warsaw.
I have been suffering from paranoid schizophrenia since I was 14 years old. This illness has changed me a lot. It has had a very big impact on me… and on my whole life.
Currently, my mental health has improved, but I’m not fully well yet. Still, I’m optimistic
@schizosupport that’s true. Before a person fully recovers, they still have to keep learning how to get out of being lost and how to step out of their own world.
It’s not easy, but it’s worth staying motivated
Hello Universal family member! It is very nice to meet you, my grandmother is 100% Polish but she did not share much other than very little Polka music , and some great foods like Kielbasa, Pierogis, and Baklava. I am glad that you found a safe space here to be yourself. I also get bad bouts of paranoia. Like I get paranoid sometimes that I can read and understand my own thoughts then super paranoid in thinking someone else can too you know? *air hugs no Shiv*
